1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Zah Lords application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts: To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content: You retain all rights to content you submit through the App, including ratings, reviews, and images. By submitting content, you grant Planet T, LLC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the App.
4. Factions and Community: Users may create or join factions within the App. Faction leaders and members agree to maintain appropriate community standards. Planet T, LLC. reserves the right to remove any faction or content that violates these terms.
5. Location Data and Geographic Restrictions: The App uses location data to provide you with relevant pizza establishments within a 20-mile radius. You may only rate pizza places within 20 miles of your current location. The App displays a map restricted to your local area. You may disable location permissions through your device settings, but this will significantly limit functionality including the inability to rate establishments or view the map.
6. Google Maps and Places Integration: The App integrates Google Maps and Google Places APIs to display locations and search for establishments. Your use of map features is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of business information provided by Google Places.
7. User-Generated Content and Ratings: Users may submit ratings (Dough, Sauce, Toppings, Vibe, and Overall) and comments about pizza establishments. All ratings and comments must be honest and based on actual experiences. False or misleading reviews may result in account termination. You may not rate establishments outside your 20-mile radius.
8. Reporting System: Users may report inappropriate content, fraudulent ratings, or other violations. Abuse of the reporting system is prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension.
9. Rewards, Levels, and Virtual Items: The App provides a leveling system (1-50) with virtual rewards including titles and faction bonuses. These digital rewards have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or sold, and remain the property of Planet T, LLC. Rewards may be modified or discontinued at any time.
10. Account Management: Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings. Account deletion will permanently remove your ratings, faction membership, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
11. Prohibited Activities: You may not: submit false ratings or reviews; attempt to manipulate the rating system; create multiple accounts to influence ratings; harass other users; upload inappropriate content; attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
12. Modifications: Planet T, LLC. may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet T, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.
14. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect: We collect information you provide, including registration details, ratings, reviews, and images you upload. We also collect location data when you use the App, device information, and usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information: We use your information to provide and improve the App, personalize your experience, facilitate community features, and communicate with you about updates and features.
3. Location Data and Geographic Enforcement: We collect precise location data to: show you pizza establishments within 20 miles, enforce the 20-mile rating restriction, display your location on the map, and calculate distances to establishments. Location data is collected only when the app is in use. The map feature is restricted to a 20-mile radius and cannot be panned beyond this area. You can disable location permissions, but core features will be unavailable.
4. Google Services Integration: We use Google Maps to display locations and Google Places to search for pizza establishments. When you search for or add a pizza place, we may share your search queries with Google. Google may collect additional data according to their privacy policy.
5. Photo Access and Storage: The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload images for reviews and faction emblems. These images are stored on our secure servers and associated with your account. Images may be visible to other users.
6. Analytics and Performance Data: We collect analytics data including screen views, button clicks, feature usage, and performance metrics. This helps us understand how users interact with the app and improve the user experience. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.
7. Tutorial and User Preferences: We store your tutorial completion status and app preferences in your user profile to provide a personalized experience across devices.
8. Data Storage: Your data is stored using Google Firebase services with industry-standard encryption. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Data Sharing: We share your public ratings and reviews with other users. Your username and faction affiliation are publicly visible. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. Law enforcement requests for data will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your Rights: Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, you have rights regarding your personal data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also request data portability or object to certain processing of your data. You can disable certain data collection through your device settings. You can delete your account at any time through the app's account management section.
11. Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Deleted accounts are permanently removed within 30 days.
12. Children's Privacy: The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
13. International Data Transfer: Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
14. Changes to Privacy Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
